JUNE 2007:

Jun 22-24 2007: Rocky Mountain EAA Regional Fly-In

This year's Rocky Mountain EAA Regional Fly-In (RMRFI) has been expanded from
two to three full days and will feature an enhanced Front Range Air Show.

The 2007 RMRFI, June 22-24, will be the fly-in's fourth consecutive year at Front
Range Airport and the 29th year in the Denver metro area. Front Range is located
east of Denver near the town of Watkins along the I-70 corridor, just six miles
    southeast of Denver International Airport.

Along with the new name, the air show also has a new format with different
attractions each day, providing attendees with a wider variety of aircraft
throughout the weekend than ever before.

"The Front Range Air Show will provide an exciting and exclusive aviation
experience to the community," said Scott McMillan, director. Saturday's air show
will feature precision solo and formation aerobatic performances by local and
national pilots. On Sunday warbirds will take center stage, opening with a special
ceremony honoring the nation's veterans and leading off a distinctive military
theme planned for the fly-in's final day.

Expansion from two to three days adds a full day of activities on Friday allowing
the event to cater to the pilots with greater access to aircraft judging, seminars,
and hands-on workshops. Meanwhile, they'll have more free time to stroll through
the exhibits and talk with fellow aviation enthusiasts.

"I'm thrilled that we are going to provide better access to the event for the
flying public," said Jim Cimiluca, organization president and fly-in director.
Pilots can participate in aircraft judging on both Friday and Saturday, with
    seminars presented throughout the event.

RMRFI has also partnered with Denver representatives of the FAA Safety Team (FAAST)
to offer a wider selection of topics than ever before. This new partnership will
ensure that the RMRFI remains the region's leading venue for pilot education and
    safety seminars.

For more information, visit www.rmrfi.org, www.frontrangeairshow.com, or call

Jun 29-Jul 1 2007: Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In

Organizers of the Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In at Yuba County Airport (MYV),
Marysville, California, have rescheduled their 2007 event to June 29 through July 1
due to a scheduling conflict with another aviation-related event in the Sacramento
area. Golden West, preparing for its ninth fly-in this year, was originally scheduled
June 8-10, but elected to move the date when the California Capital Air Show scheduled
its event for the same weekend.

Jul 11-15 Arlington, WA

    Northwest EAA Fly-in

Tom Staggs sets up a BBQ and a special area called EZ Street. It’s about 6 more weeks
until one of the best EAA events of the year: the NWEAA Fly-In at Arlington, WA (KAWO).

Last year saw about 30 canards in our dedicated parking and camping area, right in the
center of the show. We’re roped off, which prevents the general public from wandering
through, but it allows us freedom to relax and socialize.

This year’s calendar of events includes:
    - Thursday evening fly-out to the San Juan Islands for dinner. One of the most
beautiful 30-minute flights you’ll ever make, and the food’s not bad, either.
    - Friday evening cookout right there at the planes – We roll out a couple of grills
and feed ourselves plenty of brats, chicken, veggie burgers and whatever else I can
      scrounge up.

Other activities include a nearby casino and the ability to take trips before and after
the show to other points of interest such as the Seattle Museum of Flight, boat trips
around the Puget Sound, factory tours at Boeing, as well as taking in the wonderful
    mountain and ocean scenery.

Remember: this isn’t Oshkosh: you can actually sleep under the wing of your plane right
in the middle of the show area. We look forward to having you join us,

    Tom Staggs
